Today, on September 28, 2023, an agreement on compulsory medical insurance of foreign students studying at Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev was signed. K. Karasaev, BSU Rector Musaev Abdylda Inayatovich and Director of the Bishkek Territorial Department of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic Omurchiev Timur Erikovich Omurchiev.
The subject of the Contract was - compulsory medical insurance of foreign students studying at BSU in the number of 459 people, in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On medical insurance of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic" to cover medical care under the Program of state guarantees to provide citizens with medical and sanitary care in health care organizations in Bishkek, working under the contract with BTU FOMS.
These foreign students will have the status of insured after obtaining an MHI policy and use preferential medical services in health care organizations in Bishkek, as citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
