Personnel Department

Personnel Department in accordance with the Charter of the University is an independent structural subdivision within the administrative and management staff.

The Personnel Department is responsible for compliance with normative legal acts in the field of labor legislation in Bishkek State University and performs the following tasks:

• personnel support of the university's activities;
• ensuring compliance with labor legislation at the university;
• staffing of positions with appropriate personnel;
• registration of admission, transfers and dismissals of university employees of all categories included in the personnel structure;
• registration of applications for enrollment, transfer, expulsion of students of faculties, college, international educational center, institute of continuous and distance education of BSU by the order of the vice-rector of the university for academic work;
• keeping personal and statistical records of all categories of university employees and student contingent according to the established forms;
• ensuring compliance with internal labor regulations and labor discipline by BSU employees;
• ensuring storage of personal files of employees and students.

The responsibility of the employees of the department is determined by their job descriptions.
