Human Resources Department

The Human Resources Department, in accordance with the University Charter, is an independent structural unit comprising the administrative and managerial staff.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for compliance with regulatory legal acts in the field of labor legislation at Bishkek State University and performs the following tasks:

  • staffing of the university's activities;
  • ensuring compliance with labor laws at the university;
  • staffing of positions with appropriate personnel;
  • registration of hiring, transfers and dismissals of university employees of all categories included in the staff;
  • registration by order of the Vice-Rector of the University for Academic Affairs of applications for the enrollment, transfer, exclusion of students of faculties, college, international educational center, institute of continuous and distance education of BSU;
  • maintaining personal and statistical records of all categories of university employees and students in accordance with established forms;
  • ensuring compliance with internal work regulations and labor discipline by BSU employees;
  • ensuring the storage of personal files of employees and students.

The responsibilities of the department employees are determined by their job responsibilities.
