The mission of the Alumni Association is to

The mission of the Association is to unite BSU alumni, assist in their professional development, self-realization, success and social advancement, by forming and strengthening the corporate spirit of all generations of alumni, providing support in ensuring the material and technical base of the university.

The organization is established for the purpose of educational, scientific and cultural development of Bishkek Humanitarian University, hereinafter referred to as "the University", in accordance with the Charter of the University; implementation and protection of social and cultural rights and freedoms of graduates of the University; participation in the activities of the University; expansion of international relations.

Objectives of the organization:

• contribute to the preservation and development of the best traditions of the University;
• to support the initiative of students, undergraduates and graduates of the University, aimed at strengthening the prestige of scientific and new directions in science and education;
• facilitate the free exchange of information among its members and interested parties;
• to contribute to the improvement of educational, scientific and cultural activities of the university;
• contribute to the development of international cooperation of the University;
• Provide support to strengthen the university's engagement with for-profit and non-profit organizations;
• carry out activities aimed at attracting funds from domestic and foreign legal entities and individuals on a gratuitous basis in the form of assistance, grants, etc.

Expanding the membership of the Alumni Association

The Association is actively campaigning for BSU alumni to become members of the Association. To join the BSU Association, alumni should fill out a questionnaire in the prescribed form.

In order to preserve and systematize the Association's information, a unified information archive of data of all University alumni is created and a unified database of Association members is formed. A university graduate with a diploma is automatically assigned the status of "graduate" and his/her personal data accumulated over the years of study at the university are saved and transferred to the Association's database.

The main form of attracting new members to the Association is organizing meetings and events with students, sending newsletters, and publishing informational literature. Additional opportunities should be provided for members of the Alumni Association:

• Provide access to the university's computer rooms;
• participation in joint projects of the Association and the University;
• opportunity to participate in international projects organized at the University;
• utilization of the current vacancy database when searching for jobs for BSU students and graduates;
• Conduct presentations, roundtables and seminars in the halls of the University;
• organization of company presentations, master classes and business games for graduates and young professionals within the framework of the Career, Practice and Marketing Center;
• organizing an advertising campaign in BSU in order to attract attention to their campaign;
• hold joint events and corporate celebrations

Shaping the image of the alumni association.

It is necessary for the Association to create a comprehensive, operational information system reflecting all aspects of the Association's activities. To monitor and promptly post on the website information on activities and results of work. Provide targeted distribution of news and newsletters. Publish magazines, newspapers, and promotional products jointly with the University. Develop a website of the Alumni Association, create groups in social networks.

To implement the system and development work of the BSU Association, it is necessary to introduce a section "Personalities" on the website of the Association and regularly track the professional activities of graduates, all appointments and their professional achievements.

In order to promote and strengthen business contacts between alumni of the University, it is necessary to publish the Association's Membership Catalog on electronic media and place it on the Association's electronic portal.
