The 70th anniversary meeting of Saparaliev Dülotbek Bekisovich was held by Academician K. It took place in the large hall of Karasaev State University.

Saparaliev Dülotbek Bekishovich was born on October 24, 1953 in the village of Chaek, Jumgal district, Naryn region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During his career, he worked at the Academy of Sciences, the National University, the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, and worked in leading positions.

Since October 17, 2017, K. He holds the position of the head of the department of history of Kyrgyzstan and foreign countries of the East at the Faculty of Oriental Studies and International Relations of Bishkek Humanitarian (now State) University named after Karasaev.

He is the author of more than 32 scientific and methodological books (6 monographs, 4 brochures, 22 co-authored works) published in Kyrgyz, Russian, English and Turkish languages. He also published 5 manuals, 212 scientific articles and theses. More than 208 scientific and popular articles were published in magazines and newspapers. In total, 457 titles of works were published.
