Educational and Methodological Council

The Educational and Methodological Council (EMC) of the University is a permanent advisory body whose activities are aimed at participating in the organization and coordination of the educational and methodological work of the University, a broad discussion by leading specialists of the main issues of an educational and methodological nature and the preparation of recommendations for decision-making on improving the quality of educational activities by the Academic Council of BSU and the rector's office.

The main objectives of the UMS are:Organization of examination of working curricula and working curricula taking into account the requirements of state educational standards; Consideration and approval of work plans of the EMS of faculties; Consideration of issues of educational and methodological support of the educational process at the university; Discussion and submission of proposals for improving projects, regulatory documents related to issues of methodological support of the university; Discussion of proposals for improving the list of specialties (professions) based on forecasting priority areas of production technologies and science.

The Council carries out its activities in accordance with the annual plan of educational and methodological work, which is approved by the Rector of BSU.

The composition of the members of the UMS is approved by order of the rector for one academic year.
