Today, Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev was visited by official representatives of TOEFL in Central Asia - regional manager Sholpan Ergaliyeva and director of the Training and Testing Center Zaripa Sagyndykova.
During the visit, a meeting was held with Vice-Rector Durus Kozuev, Coordinator for International Educational Programs and Projects Rai kyzy Rakhat, Dean of the Faculty of European Civilization Nazgul Dzharkinbaeva and Head of the Department of Foreign Languages Saltanat Iskova, where key issues related to the organization of the international English language test TOEFL were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the testing opportunities for both students and teaching staff, as well as the prospects for integrating specialized TOEFL preparatory courses into the university's educational program.
The parties expressed mutual interest in developing cooperation aimed at improving the level of English language proficiency among students and teachers, which will open up new academic and professional prospects both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad.
