On March 30, 2026, the Department of World Economy and Regional Studies, in collaboration with the Deposit Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized a guest lecture for first-year students majoring in Economics and specializing in World Economy as part of the ORM program. Anara Aitykeeva, Chief Specialist of the Agency for International Cooperation, introduced the students to the "GLOBAL MONEY WEEK" campaign, emphasized the importance of financial literacy among young people, and spoke about the Deposit Protection Agency's activities. The meeting was lively, with students receiving useful information and engaging in discussions, and some students were awarded souvenirs.
