General rules for conducting entrance examinations
- In order to ensure high-quality recruitment, objective and transparent conduct of entrance and assessment tests, the Admissions Committee of BSU named after K. Karasaev approved the following forms of rating formation for applicants:
- for secondary vocational education (college) - Online admission system for applicants to secondary vocational education institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic (https://2020.edu.gov.kg/spuz/)
- for state educational grants for full-time education: results of nationwide testing(https://2020.edu.gov.kg/);
- for full-time contract education: results of nationwide testing(https://2020.edu.gov.kg/);
- for full-time contractual education: online interview (for foreign citizens);
- by correspondence course:
- - on the basis of secondary education - the results of the nationwide testing (https://2020.edu.gov.kg/);
- — on the basis of secondary vocational education – based on the academic difference in the curriculum;
- — on the basis of higher education – online interview;
- for master's degree programs in all areas: online interview;
- for foreign citizens - online interview;
- The decision of the admissions committee introduces a rating system for assessing applicants' knowledge, which allows for a differentiated assessment of an applicant's knowledge based on the results of an interview.
METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT
- For online interviews, the programs “Google meet” and “Zoom” are used.
- The interview allows you to determine your level of knowledge on the relevant subject.
- To formulate interview questions on subjects, the admissions committee at BSU named after K. Karasaev involves experienced specialists from among the university's faculty.
- The applicants' level of knowledge is assessed as "sufficient" or "insufficient" during the interview. The assessment "sufficient" or "insufficient" is entered into the examination sheet and record.
- For the comprehensive interview, 0.3 hours are allocated for each subject, including the time to prepare answers to the examiners' questions.
ENROLMENT
- Applicants who have successfully passed the nationwide testing and received scores above the threshold are primarily admitted to state educational grants for full-time education, full-time contract education, and correspondence education.
- Persons who fail to appear for the online interview without good reason or who receive an unsatisfactory grade do not participate in the competition and are not enrolled in BSU named after K. Karasaev.
