Faculty and students of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty of BSU participated in the 2nd China-Central Asia Seminar on Legal Culture in Xi'an.

Преподаватели и студенты Кыргызско-Китайского факультета БГУ приняли участие во II Китайско-Центральноазиатском семинаре по правовой культуре в Сиане

From November 23 to November 29, 2025, teachers and students of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty of BSU named after K. Karasaev took part in the 2nd China-Central Asian Seminar on Legal Culture at the Northwest University of Political Science and Law in Xi'an (PRC).

The participants were: senior teachers Zhang Irina Vladimirovna and Sabyrova Zarina, as well as students: Bekteshova A.B., Niyazmambetova A., Kulamidinova A.Z., Baktybekova Zhibek, Kadyr kyzy Zhibek, Kasenova S.D., Kanybek kyzy Akylay, Iskenderova M.B., Nurseitova A.N., Talantbek kyzy Zhazira  

Students attended lectures by leading university professors, which covered Xi Jinping's views on the rule of law, the mechanism for resolving commercial disputes between China and Central Asian countries, and the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. At the opening of the seminar, an "Agreement on a Cooperation Mechanism for the Exchange and Study of Legal Culture between Students of China and Central Asia" was signed.

Participants visited the Xi'an branch of the Beijing Hylands Law Firm and learned about Xi'an's cultural heritage at the Archaeological Museum and the Qin Shi Huang Terracotta Warriors Museum. The students also had the opportunity to see the city's modern appearance, interact with students from other Central Asian republics, and take a tour of the Northwest University of Political Science and Law campus.

At the end of the seminar, all participants received certificates. "Friendly Universities" awards were presented, an important part of the China-Central Asia Seminar on Legal Culture.
