On November 21, 2025, Professor Dr. Inken Heldt gave a guest lecture at Bishkek State University named after K. Karasayev on the topic "Demokratie und Rechtsstaatlichkeit / Democracy and the Rule of Law." The event was held as part of a collaboration with the German Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The lecture was devoted to modern approaches to understanding democratic processes, the principles of the rule of law, and the importance of the rule of law in the development of stable political systems.
The event was attended by representatives of the German Embassy: Luisa Fleischer, Attaché for Culture and Public Relations; Aiperi Bekbotoyeva, employee of the Culture Department;
BSU leadership expressed gratitude to the German Embassy for its support of academic cooperation and the opportunity to organize such educational meetings, which expand international dialogue and strengthen intercultural ties.
