A meeting was held at the Bishkek State University named after K. Karasayev between Rector Mirlan Dyldaev and Vice-Rector for Science Gulnara Murzakhmedova and Sergei Aleksandrovich Novopashin, a member of the council of the Sverdlovsk regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society, an expert of the Civil Society Development Fund and a representative in the Ural Federal District.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for scientific cooperation, possibilities for implementing joint educational and research projects. Particular attention was paid to the development of geographical research and popularization of science among young people.
