Evening of Remembrance "Nobody is Forgotten, Nothing is Forgotten"

Вечер памяти «Никто не забыт, ничто не забыто»

           On April 29, 2025 at 13.00 in the Concert Hall of the Bishkek State University named after Academician Kusein Karasaev  Evening of Remembrance "Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten", dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

The purpose of holding the literary evening is to pay tribute to the glorious generation of victorious heroes who died in the Great Patriotic War, and to the selfless patriots, home front workers who forged the victory, sparing no effort and health. To tell the younger generation about the war, so that they know at what price we got the Victory, what contribution the Soviet people made to it, and to cultivate a sense of patriotism, love for the Motherland, respect for the history of their country.

The Memorial Evening was attended by P.S. Gultyaev, Head of Educational Programs of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the Kyrgyz Republic, M.M. Dyldaev, Rector of BSU named after Karasaev, faculty, graduate students, students of BSU named after K. Karasaev and schoolchildren of Bishkek.

      On this day, BSU students laid flowers at the monument on Victory Square.

 At the event dedicated to the Great Victory, Doctor of Philology, Professor A. N. Sydykov gave a report on "Warriors-Victors of Kyrgyzstan in the Great Patriotic War", and spoke about the glorious feats of the victorious soldiers. And also in his speech he emphasized the heroism of women and children who replaced the men who went to the front and did the hardest work and forged the Victory in the rear.

In the literary and artistic composition “Remember”, poems by warrior poets were read, students from the People’s Republic of China performed the song “Katyusha” in Russian and Chinese, and songs and melodies from the war years dedicated to victorious soldiers and home front workers were performed.

         Eternal memory and eternal glory to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War!
