On April 23, 2026, a large-scale career guidance event was held at Bishkek State University named after K. Karasayev, bringing together schoolchildren, students, graduates, and employers. It included a job fair, Career Day, and Open Day.

The event took place in the university's main building and became an effective platform for developing interactions between educational institutions, government agencies, and the business community.

At the opening ceremony, welcoming remarks were given by BSU Rector and Professor Mirlan Dyldaev, First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Kamchybek Dosmatov, Advisor to the Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation Azamat Satiyev, Vice President of the Manas National Academy Kyrgyzbek Moldozhunusov, Vice Rector of Xinjiang University Jin Gang, and Vice President for International Relations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Sanzhar Dyikanov.

The event included a signing ceremony for memorandums of cooperation between BSU, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Manas National Academy, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. These agreements are aimed at strengthening cooperation in personnel training, graduate employment, and the implementation of joint projects.

Representatives from various companies and organizations participated in the career fair, offering current job openings, internships, and practical programs. Students and graduates had the opportunity to consult with HR specialists, participate in preliminary interviews, and establish direct contacts with potential employers.

Career Day featured presentations and expert discussions on current labor market trends and professional skills development. Speakers shared practical tips for building a successful career and discussed opportunities for participating in international internships and projects.

An Open Day was held for schoolchildren, parents, and teachers, during which participants learned about the university's educational programs, visited exhibitions at faculties and institutes, and took campus tours. They also had the opportunity to take career guidance tests and participate in interactive games.

The event concluded with master classes where participants learned practical skills for writing resumes using modern technologies and successfully passing interviews.
