On November 25, 2025, the International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic of:
«"State, socio-political, diplomatic, pedagogical and creative activities of Professor Ishemkulov Tilektesh Ishemkulovich.".
The event was timed to coincide with the 85th anniversary of the outstanding scientist, as well as the Day of the Press and the presentation of his new book, "Өтүп кеткен мезгилдердин жаңырыгы" ("The Sound of Past Times").
Representatives of government agencies, the scientific community, public figures, teachers, and students participated in the conference. Speakers emphasized Professor T. I. Ishemkulov's enormous contribution to the development of statehood, diplomacy, education, public administration, and national culture in Kyrgyzstan.

A. - Doctor of Philology, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic; Ruslanov Zh. R. - Head of the Department for Work with Public and Mass Media of the Office of the Zhogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic; Tumonbaeva Zh. T. - statesman and socio-political figure, former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the public association "Diplomats of the Kyrgyz Republic" and other distinguished guests.
The conference featured presentations on the life, scientific legacy, and multifaceted public activities of Professor T. I. Ishemkulov. Faculty, researchers, and students also presented in sections, discussing current issues in diplomacy, public administration, pedagogy, and culture.
The event concluded with congratulations, the presentation of commemorative gifts, and expressions of deep gratitude to Professor T. I. Ishemkulov for his outstanding contribution to the development of science, education, and the state and public life of the country.
