On December 9, 2025, a cybersecurity seminar for university administrators and digital governance officials was held at the I. Razzakov Kyrgyz State Technical University. The event was organized by the Ministry of Science, Education, and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic in collaboration with experts from the world-renowned company Kaspersky.
Bishkek State University was represented at the seminar by Rector Mirlan Dyldaev, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Kanatbek Toktobaev, and Director of the Digital Development Center Azamat Omurkulov. They actively participated in the discussions and contributed to the exchange of experiences.
The main goal of the seminar is to strengthen the digital resilience of universities, raise awareness of cyber threats, and integrate a culture of cybersecurity into the education system.
