From July 21 to August 3, 2025, students of the Faculty of Russian Philology of the K. Karasaev BSU will spend their summer holidays in Kazan, taking part in the Summer University program organized by Kazan Federal University jointly with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Autonomous Institution "Sociocenter".
KFU is one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Russia, which turned 220 this year. It has over 12,000 foreign students. The university is famous for its active scientific, cultural and international activities, which contribute to the development of intercultural dialogue.
The Summer University project will be held at KFU for the third time. In 2024, it brought together 300 participants from 13 countries. In 2025, the program will involve 300 foreign and 100 Russian students from more than 15 countries, including Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, China, Egypt, Oman and others.
The program includes lectures, seminars and practical classes from leading KFU teachers and industry experts, as well as cultural and educational events, excursions and introduction to Tatarstan and Russian culture.
