On January 27, 2026, a meeting with a delegation from the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences was held at Bishkek State University named after K. Karasayev.
During the visit, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral institutional cooperation, including the possibility of signing a memorandum of understanding, developing academic mobility for students and faculty, implementing joint research, and organizing short-term academic programs, summer schools, and joint scientific events.
The meeting was attended by the leadership of BSU named after K. Karasayev, representatives of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty, and the Department of Chinese Philology. The delegation was represented by leaders and leading faculty members responsible for international cooperation and global education.
Following the talks, the parties confirmed their mutual interest in deepening their partnership and agreed to further collaboration in priority areas of academic and scientific cooperation.
