On January 28, 2026, the regular meeting of the Academic Council was held in the cinema hall of Bishkek State University named after Academician K. Karasaev.
During the meeting, the status and development prospects of the Kyrgyz-Chinese Faculty were discussed, as well as the approval of research topics, supervisors, and consultants for candidate and doctoral dissertations.
In addition, within the «Miscellaneous» section, decisions were made to award honorary and academic titles to foreign and domestic specialists.
The meeting was devoted to the discussion of current issues aimed at developing the educational and scientific activities of the university.
