On May 16, Rector of Bishkek State University named after K. Karasayev Mirlan Dyldayev received a delegation from Azerbaijan, represented by Baku State University. The delegation included Yulia Sivaldayeva, coordinator of strategic projects in leading universities of Azerbaijan from the State Agency for Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Shabnam Safarova, Advisor to the Rector of Baku State University on Digitalization and IT.
The meeting was also attended by Gulnara Murzazmedova, Edil Kanatbekov, Kanatbek Toktobaev and Meerim Tologonova.
During the dialogue, the parties discussed prospects for academic cooperation, including student and teacher exchange programs, joint research activities, and the organization of international conferences. Particular attention was paid to issues of increasing the global competitiveness of educational systems and exchanging experience in the field of digitalization.
