Mirlan Dyldaev, Rector of Bishkek State University named after K. Karasaev, participated in the Second Kyrgyz-Hungarian Rectors' Forum, where he signed cooperation agreements with the University of Pannonia and the University of Szeged.
The forum took place on September 19, 2025, in Bishkek at the Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University. It was organized by the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support of the country's leading universities.
The event was attended by rectors and representatives of universities from both countries. Participants discussed joint research projects, improving educational programs, academic exchanges of students and faculty, and the implementation of digital technologies in education.
Following the forum, agreements and memoranda were signed providing for the training of specialists in priority areas, the implementation of joint educational programs, and the expansion of scientific cooperation.
