Initiator: President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin (SCO summit in Bishkek)
Mission:
The SCO University was created to train highly qualified specialists in priority areas of strategic interest for the social and economic development of the SCO member countries, as well as for the development of integration processes in the fields of education, science and technology.

🤝 Network University of the Commonwealth of Independent States (NU CIS)
Year of foundation:
- 2008 - initiative to create from the Russian side
- 2009 — signing of the Agreement on the establishment of the Consortium
- 2020 — official signing of the Agreement on the establishment of the CIS Council of Heads of Government at the level of the CIS Council of Heads of Government
Mission:
The CIS SU is an equal association of leading universities of the Commonwealth countries, implementing joint educational programs for training masters, strengthening academic mobility and cooperation in the field of science and education.

🌍 Orhun Exchange Programme

Organizer: Turkic University Union (TÜRKÜNİB), within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS)
Mission:
The Orkhun program is aimed at deepening cooperation between universities of Turkic-speaking countries through academic mobility of students and teachers, supporting cultural exchange and developing a common educational space.

Евразийский сетевой университет (ЕСУ)
Год основания / Инициатива:
- Меморандум о взаимопонимании по созданию ЕСУ был подписан 25 мая 2022 года на Евразийском экономическом форуме в Бишкеке ректорами ведущих вузов стран ЕАЭС.
- ЕСУ функционирует как научно-образовательный консорциум.
Mission:
- Развитие человеческого и интеллектуального капитала ЕАЭС.
- Содействие глобальной конкурентоспособности и долгосрочному процветанию экономик стран ЕАЭС.
- Формирование единого образовательного пространства, поддержка перспективных научно-исследовательских и инновационных проектов между вузами стран ЕАЭС.
Страны-участники / вузы-члены:
- Члены ЕАЭС: Армения, Беларусь, Казахстан, Кыргызстан, Россия.
- Также участвуют университеты из Узбекистана и Приднестровской Республики как наблюдатели/дополнительные члены.
- Количество вузов: по разным источникам — ~19 вузов на старте (2022); по состоянию на январь 2024 — уже 32 вуза.
Приоритетные направления / проекты:
- Запуск первой магистерской программы по евразийской интеграции.
- Подготовка кадров, необходимых странам ЕАЭС, в ключевых отраслях.
- Научно-образовательное взаимодействие, цифровизация образования, онлайн-форматы и безбарьерность образовательных услуг между странами.
Администрация / управление:
- Управление консорциумом осуществляется совместно ведущими вузами-участниками и Евразийской экономической комиссией (ЕЭК).
- Нет данных о конкретном одном ректоре-«университета», ЕСУ — сетевой проект, где разные вузы участвуют, поэтому руководство распределённое.
Особенности / формат:
- Сетевой формат: консорциум вузов, совместные программы, академическая мобильность, сотрудничество в исследованиях.
- Планируется признание дипломов и результатов обучения между государствами ЕАЭС.
- Участие университетов-членов расширяется (новые вузы присоединяются)
