Program description: Bachelors in this program earn a qualification in philological education. Graduates of this program can pursue professional careers in primary and secondary educational institutions as language and literature teachers; in communications, advertising, public relations, publishing; in the media, cultural institutions, and in the management of continuing education centers.

Program description: The bachelor's degree program in Linguistics is designed to train specialists in the theory and practice of translation studies, language teaching, and intercultural communication. Students gain a fundamental understanding of linguistics, including the fundamental phonetic, lexical, grammatical, and word-formation phenomena, as well as the functional patterns of the European and Asian languages they study. They also possess the necessary international and contextual knowledge to overcome stereotypes and adapt to changing conditions when interacting with representatives of different cultures. They are able to effectively organize the educational process, teaching in preschool, general, primary, secondary vocational, and continuing linguistic education institutions. The program includes practical training and internships.

Program description: Students acquire a fundamental humanities education and gain an understanding of the history, current status, and prospects for the development of philology. Students demonstrate knowledge of key principles and concepts in the theory and history of the Kyrgyz/Russian/English/Turkish language and literature, communication theory, philological analysis, and text interpretation. They are taught the fundamental methods and techniques of various types of oral and written communication, including the collection and analysis of linguistic and literary facts using traditional methods and modern information technologies for conducting classes and extracurricular activities in language and literature. Graduates are qualified to work in the social and humanitarian fields (educational and cultural institutions, ministries, embassies, media outlets, agencies, international foundations and projects, and publishing houses).

Program description: This program is designed to develop students' skills in the linguistic analysis of economic, political, social, and literary texts/discourses based on the history and current systemic knowledge of the target languages. A strong emphasis is placed on learning the rules of text construction in the working languages to achieve coherence, consistency, and integrity through compositional speech forms (description, reasoning, explanation, narration, etc.). Students acquire skills in consecutive and simultaneous written and oral translation, using the latest technology to achieve the required level of equivalence and representativeness. Students develop skills in adhering to the norms of phonetic organization and lexical equivalence, taking into account the stylistic, temporal, grammatical, and syntactic characteristics of the source text. Graduates are qualified to work as interpreters and translators, analysts, and assistants in institutions involved in international and foreign economic activities.
MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMS
