Program description: The program develops skills in understanding global processes and the development of the global political system of international relations within their historical, economic, and legal contexts. It also focuses on the mechanisms of mutual influence between the planetary environment, global politics, and economics, and their impact on the foreign policy of Kyrgyzstan and other countries. Students acquire knowledge of international interactions and understand and analyze global and regional economic, security, environmental, demographic, and migration processes using the principles and methods of the social and human sciences. Graduates are able to work with the media, write press reviews on these topics, and participate in negotiations in two foreign languages in international relations departments of government agencies, international organizations, and non-governmental organizations.

Program description: The program in "Oriental and African Studies" combines a classical education in Oriental studies with an in-depth study of the history, religion, social thought, and political processes of the East, along with professional proficiency in an Asian language. Studying a broad range of historical, philosophical, religious, political, economic, and cultural studies disciplines prepares graduates for research, translation, and practical work in all areas of interaction with the countries and peoples of Asia and Africa.
Field of activity: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, international departments of state and non-governmental organizations, the media, scientific and educational institutions; international and various commercial organizations.

Program description: The bachelor's degree program in Linguistics is designed to train specialists in the theory and practice of translation studies, language teaching, and intercultural communication. Students gain a fundamental understanding of linguistics, including the fundamental phonetic, lexical, grammatical, and word-formation phenomena, as well as the functional patterns of the European and Asian languages they study. They also possess the necessary international and contextual knowledge to overcome stereotypes and adapt to changing conditions when interacting with representatives of different cultures. They are able to effectively organize the educational process, teaching in preschool, general, primary, secondary vocational, and continuing linguistic education institutions. The program includes practical training and internships.
MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMS

Program description: The program encompasses a comprehensive study of the entire political, economic, social, ethno-religious, linguistic, and other characteristics of the countries and peoples of Asia and Africa. Students acquire proficiency in one of the languages of Asia and Africa (including ancient variants of these languages), taking into account the ethnographic, ethnolinguistic, and ethnopsychological characteristics of the peoples of Asia and Africa and their influence on the development of business culture and etiquette. Students gain an in-depth understanding of the key characteristics of the material and spiritual culture of the country (region) being studied, understand the role of religious and religious-ethical teachings in the development and functioning of social institutions, and are able to consider the specific characteristics of the respective cultures in their practical and research activities. Graduates are qualified to work in research and educational institutions, in departments dealing with intercultural and interstate interaction in the Asia-Pacific region, and in commercial organizations.

Program description: The educational program is aimed at preparing qualified Masters of Humanities students with research skills, the ability to apply modern methods of international relations research in a comprehensive understanding and analysis of global processes, and knowledge of teaching methods in their specialty.
Graduates of the Master's program in International Relations will: demonstrate knowledge and critical understanding of issues and problems related to both international relations studies and interdisciplinary fields; be able to formulate relevant research problems and propose appropriate methodology for their solution, develop a research program, independently formulate research conclusions, and competently present them publicly in written and oral form; and be able to work with students and effectively organize their educational and cognitive activities within the framework of the taught discipline. Graduates are prepared for work in higher education institutions, research institutions, governmental and non-governmental organizations, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, international cooperation departments of ministries, regional policy organizations, international institutions and organizations, and think tanks.
